Hello, my name is Taylor!

I am the proud Owner & Director of Little Platter Co. 

My career as a professional chef began over a decade ago and in that time I have worked in some fantastic award-winning restaurants, venues & households. I have also been lucky enough to achieve some amazing accolades including AA rosettes & becoming the finalist in The Bookatable young chef of the year by Michelin.  

Little Platter Co was created during the pandemic back in 2020 and has since gone from strength to strength, delivering delicious food throughout Surrey & Hampshire and catering for hundreds of events with the help from my amazing family & friends.  

Originally based in West End, Surrey, the business was created whilst I was furloughed from my job as head chef. A time when I was unable to pursue my passion for creating innovative and beautiful food, but also a time when I was unable to sit still. So Little Platter Co was born! 

Since then I have moved to a new location in Farnborough, built a new 5* kitchen unit and have made Little Platter Co my full-time venture. I have absolutely loved doing what I do and so would like to take this time to thank everyone that has been a part of this journey so far!
